Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official Secretlab help center to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Review and Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days to ensure eligibility and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Carefully disassemble and pack your item back into its original packaging to prevent transit damage, then ship it back to our regional EU warehouse using the provided instructions.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the item for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
